Steep
This heart pumps-feeding memories held in the caverns of muscles subconsciously holding their posture. Much like a worn shoe or path, the familiar is ground repetitively and rhythmically with each step.

New years eve and I’m getting some silence before the dancing begins. Already had an epic day and all I want right now is coffee. Nothing is open except for bars and fancy restaurants, Oh and this laundry mat on north ave where I ducked in to charge my phone. No one is washing laundry. It’s just me and the shoe repair guy sharing the solitude.
